After nearly a year of construction, the highly anticipated new home of MINI Downtown has finally opened the doors of its state-of-the-art MINI standalone dealership. Building upon the success of our previous King and Spadina location, this new MINI building will allow our dedicated MINI customers the ability to have access to new and pre-owned MINI Sales, Service and Parts all under one “green” roof. Located right across the street from BMW Toronto at 20 Sunlight Park Road (Broadview and Eastern), this landmark two-storey, 21,000 square foot dealership features a beautiful open concept new car showroom, 10 service bays and an expansive, contemporary area dedicated to pre-owned sales or as we call it: MINI Next.

Staying true to the brand value of MINIMALISM, the layout and infrastructure of this modern facility boasts a panoramic glass wall, which is not only aesthetically appealing but will allow an extensive amount of natural light to shine through the entire facility, creating a beautiful indoor showroom while promoting energy efficiency. One of the main goals in building this magnificent facility was to produce a structure that would be visually appealing while also proving that The Quinn Group of fine motor vehicle dealerships is an innovator, setting the bar for “green” building technologies for car dealerships. MINI Downtown's new home was built to adhere to The Toronto Green Development Standards, hosting a green roof with solar thermal panels linked to a solar hot water system, while rainwater will be collected and re-used on site for irrigation.

MINI Downtown’s impressive exterior and interior aesthetics coupled with state-of-the-art green building construction and sustainability will ensure a strong brand presence in the downtown core of Toronto.
